Proven track record of scaling businesses 0→100 while maintaining strong portfolio quality, across Navi, Chaitanya, Refyne, and IIFL Samasta. Holds an Executive Programme in Data Science from IIM Lucknow and an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai.

Narasimha Murthy

Murthy brings hands-on experience across rural India, managing high-intensity operations and tech-driven finance at Chaitanya and Navi. His expertise spans Joint Liability Group (JLG), housing, and vehicle loans. Driven by grassroots impact, he also founded the NGO Pravank, focused on empowering rural women. A Commerce graduate from National College, Tumkur, Murthy combines deep understanding of rural consumer behaviour and the rural economy to drive Finarva's business forward.
